With panoramic view on the Mediterranean
The Hippocampe restaurant is on the first floor of Flamingo Beach. There is 2 halls and 2 terraces exposed northeast showing a very rare panoramic view on the Mediterranean Sea.

It is a typically Tunisian salad, made with cooked and ground vegetables (Tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic) and spices (turmeric, tabil, pepper and salt) and garnished with cut boiled eggs, tuna, olives and olive oil.
The Egg Brick is a great classic from the Maghreb. Wrapped with a sheet of brick (malsouka) in the shape of a half-moon or triangular containing an egg, tuna, mashed potatoes, parsley, capers, spices (turmeric, tabil, pepper and salt) and optional Harissa. It is fried in an oil bath.

The Fatma fingers is a Tunisian specialty. The envelope is a sheet of brick (malsouka) rolled in a cylindrical shape, fried and containing eggs, onions, tuna, mashed potatoes, parsley, spices (turmeric, tabil, pepper and salt) and optional Harissa.
